Donna was absolutely inappropriate- she demonstrated 0 customer service skills her line of questioning was surprisingly out of context and incredibly unacceptable- she was snappy and condescending and should really NOT be in hospitality- i then spoke to Morris (the manager) who seemed shocked by Donna’s behavior, which was shocking to me because Donnas energy gave off rudeness before she even opened her mouth. He then tried to feed me information on a bogus policy that changed “weekly”, to which I called TD bank and was explained while there are policies that are put in pace, this particular policy was at the discretion of thr manager…. Seems like Morris just needed a moment to establish power ??♀️. needless to say closing account AND NEVER RETURNING TO TD BANK… weekly policy changes and your keeping my money, but we as customers are unaware is crazy to me… And policies put in place at the discretion of managers equally wild! NO THANK YOU

Terrible customer service. My mother came in today asking for help and to seek more information about her car loan but unfortunately they turned her away telling her they can’t assist her that she needs to call a number that’s on the car loan statement.

If it wasn’t for the long hours I wouldn’t use this branch. Customer service is no where near other branches or banks. They always want to rush you in and out.

Such a disappointing experience at this branch, in fact it’s so disgusting how I was treated I ended up personally closing my account. Diane Adams unfortunately gave TD BANK an extremely bad reputation at this branch, she had racially profiled me, when i was simply coming in for a simple bank verification letter. Diane made it her job to not only dismiss my need of assistance but also threatened to call the police on me since I decided to wait to speak to her since another client was in front of her. I have NEVER been treated like this & im writing this review to make it aware that If u have experienced this same situation at this branch or this bank alone please reach out to corporate & make it a point to NEVER LET THIS HAPPEN AGAIN.

Efficient and always helpful. The manager John is super friendly and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Very good customer service.
