Yall are not running a successful business when you constantly disappear especially when customers need soap or anything else. An attendant should always be on duty no matter when you have more then 3 people that work there. People do have things to do and yall fail to realize that. You won't be in business for too much longer if that keeps happening. That shows that you dont care about the customers at all. You really need to step it up when it comes to that

They steal. My husband left a $300 gift card in his pocket. The remnants of the card sleeve was in his pocket and he knew he left it there, but the gift card was taken. When asked about it they said they won’t check the cameras… very sketchy. BEWARE.

I went here today it was dirty the Floors aren’t swept or kept clean the female attendant that was on duty was too busy gossiping instead of helping customer a lot people asked if she could take the wet clothes or dry clothes out because no one was there to claim she stated that if we need the machine we have to take out the other people’s clothes and went back to her gossiping with friends this is the first and last time I will be using this laundry mat it was a horrible experience
