“New Tires Installed Same Day
Needed two new rear tires so brought my car in close to noon, figuring get the order in and get the tires installed the next day. But the last time they replaced a tire for me, they got it same day so I asked, figured I give it a shot. Sure enough, they called around 4, saying the tires came in and if I brought the car back, they could install them. Good stuff all around plus a good talk with the owner Jim while the tires were getting installed.”

Being from out of town I wasn't sure where to get my car towed to, so I was recommended by the tow truck driver to go to Tarrytown Auto Care and I'm glad I took his advice. This shop was able to find the issue very quickly and got my car back on the road within 2 days. I wanted to wait before leaving this review, and I must say that my car has been running very smoothly since they've fixed it. “I went to the shop in person asking when I could bring my vehicle in for an oil change. I was told it could be done right then. I was not able to stay at that time. Eugene said come back when you can and we will take care of your car. I came back a few hours later and was taken right away. In addition to an oil change, all the fluids were topped off. The entire experience was professional, comfortable and done in a timely manner. This is a great shop and the mechanics are wonderful.”

“Steve Posca at Posca Service Center is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and honest. As a result he is very busy and has a waiting list of people trying to get in to see him.
I live nearby and often see him working late into the night to try to get cars fixed. He has an unbeatable work ethic and has always given us great insight into whether repairs were worthwhile, or if it was time to start looking for a new car.
He even helped me buy and sell cars when it was time to get rid of the old one and buy another used car. It made me comfortable to know the car I bought was one he knew and had serviced for another customer.
He has also helped with vehicles for our business, and has been accessible to advise during a few auto emergencies and walk me through what to check or what to do next, even when I was in another state. So happy to have found him.

“So happy with Lambros. My daughter lives in Irvington but we live in Texas. Her car was having multiple issues that she had tried unsuccessfully to have fixed. When it wouldn’t start, I saw that Lambros was nearby. I called them. They said to have her come by. She went over and talked to them. They went to her house, got the car started, took it to the shop, and most importantly , listened to her tell them what all of the issues were with the car. They were able to diagnose the problem (ac compressor) and had it fixed within a day. When you’re a parent living thousands of miles away it’s nice to know there’s a good mechanic that can take care of her car quickly and honestly. Thank you!”
“Came to see Jimmy for a tire replacement after Midas kept me waiting for 3 hours as “the next car in the line”. I am originally from West Harrison and remembered Jimmy’s shop and gave him a call. He ordered the tire I needed and I stopped by 2 hours later. Fast, courteous, professional installation, at about 15% cheaper than Midas (even with their “coupons”). I wouldn’t go anywhere else for tire and break work than Jimmy’s shop!”
