Absolute disgrace they keep putting another persons mail in my mailbox and my mail in another mail box and that’s if I even get my mail ! 9 years at this it’s ridiculous

Honestly no idea why this place has such a low rating. Been living in Ossining for about seven years now and I wouldn’t trade this postal office for any other one. Always a positive attitude and will to help! Every time I go in there they are always smiling and ready to help. You know dmv offices and pretty much any gov office is filled with snotty not wanting to work people but these people are good hard working people that always do their job with a smile and what more can you ask for. Ok bye

Best post office I’ve ever been too! The sweetest staff, very clean. Was completely surprised in the best possible way.

Terrible service. Expected a package to be delivered with signature. They didn't get out of the truck and left a re-delivery notice in the mailbox.

They lost my certified mail after 13 days and refused to admit that. What’s worse, when I called the office to ask the office manager Sasha to provide a letter to prove I mailed the document timely, she said she couldn’t and hang up the phone rudely. Very bad service

Poor. Postal clerks here have an attitude like they are doing you a favor. Dropped off dozens of packages and clerk was annoyed. None were scanned, and they dont answer the phone.

Horrible service in general closed on mondays and ridiculously annoying front desk making a scene when simply asking where I should go for shipping bc so many desks gives an attitude ridiculous in general go to one close by definitely not worth the drive so disappointed

I have been waiting for a check that was mailed on 3/24.2023. I was away at the time, and returned home on 3/27. I had filled out the yellow card before I left for my trip, requesting that all accumulated mail be delivered on 3/28.I did get mail on 3/28, but I could tell that it was only mail that would have been delivered that day. I went down to the Post Office and spoke to one of the employees and requested that they look to see whether my accumulated mail was still in the post office. The person came out after about 5 minutes with a large stack of mail for me - the mail that had accumulated when I was away from 3/20-3/27. That part is resolved, but I am still looking for the check that is floating around somewhere. The person who sent it owns a small business, and did not put a tracker on it from their end. They, obviously did not think it was a problem. This is not the first time we have gone away and had problems with the mail when we returned. Also, as one other person indicated, you cannot reach them by phone. I would like to speak to the Post Master and will keep trying.
