This has to be the jankiest, nastiest Walgreens I have ever been to. Start with the poorly designed parking lot. DO NOT rely on this Walgreens for any prescription that you need in a timely manner. Their pharmacy cancels vaccine appointments scheduled online - without notice and will randomly close for the day - no explanation, just a sign off the printer taped on the door stating that the pharmacy is closed for the day. So if you need asthma medicine to - breathe - or a flu shot, know that choosing to get the scrip or the shot here is an enormous crapshoot and you'd better allow at least two to three visits before you can pick it up. Unfortunately my healthcare uses Walgreens - so I'll be switching to their optum mail option or driving to Chappaqua while sick if I need something immediately. Walgreens should be ashamed of this store and its lack of concern for people needing medical supplies.

Scheduled a Covid booster shot using the Walgreens website, received confirmation as follows; Walgreens: Customer, your appt is confirmed for 12/8/2022 at 2:30 pm. Edit appt: wlgrn.com/vaccmng Reply STOP to opt out. When I got there, I was told there was no staff today to give vaccines. Walgreens needs to work on their communications. Third time Walgreens has disappointed my family.

Absolutely terrible service. No wonder they have such bad reviews here and on Facebook. They sent me appointment reminder and I showed up on time only to find out that pharmacy has in fact been closed, and nobody informed us although ours was the last appointment of the day. The next day they told me that them cancellng my appointment does not mean I will be accomodated later in any way. My advice: if appointment date is important to you, don't schedule with them. And don't trust reminders, call and check that they are actually open.

worst customer service and manager a pharmacy can have. Cal, the biggest jerk of a pharamcy manager, thinks he is a doctor. FYI Cal, my doctor decides my medication dosage, not you. Dont use this pharmacy if you expect your meds to be in stock or for the pharmacy manager to work with you when their stock shortage causes your meds to be picked up later than they are supposed to. Cal is rude, unsympathetic, and thinks he is untouchable as a manager. Well today complaints were filed and he will jave to deal with the district manager since he tried to sweep the previous complaints under the rug. Using CVS going forward and Cal has proved he is incompetent and a jerk of a human being

This is one of worst Walgreens I've ever been in. Always a long wait. Today, I went at 5pm to pick up a script and the pharmacy was closed. I needed my prescription!!!! Website claims they are open until 9 pm. I called and was on hold for over 10 minutes. Wish my insurance didn't force me to use this pharmacy.

Walgreens stores have lost their Mind. BOYCOTT THEM . My husband was going to Walgreens to buy 12 pack of Corona, snickers, eye drops for my daughter. He asked me to jump in the car and go with him for the ride to the corner store. We get to the register and my husband already had his ID and money in his hand and the cashier says "I need your wife's ID " Why do you need my wife's ID I am the customer I showed you my ID and I am paying? I ask for the manager because this makes no sense. Manager says that they must card everyone who walks in with me because I'm buying Alcohol! So If I walked in with a friend you going to ID them? If I walk in with little kids you going to ID them ? I told my wife to walk out . Manager said he still won't sell me the beer because we walked in together! He said even if I walk out of the store and come back in he still won't sell me the beer because my wife didn't show her ID ? I WALKED OUT !! I LEFT MY ITEMS ON THE COUNTER AND THEY HAVE LOST A REGULAR 10 YEAR CUSTOMER because of this d*** policy ! For the record we are in our 50's and my wife left her bag home because I asked her to jump in the car . I checked the internet and see that this policy does exist and that Walgreen's is losing vendors and customers and I see why!!!

I have had a number of issues with the photo department. Every few months, I think I'll give it another shot and I am deeply disappointed when they do not process my order or cannot find my order. They are not reliable for photo cards or photo gifts.

Always a wait and a problem. They need more staff at their Pharmacy and registers. The staff handles it politely but they need more people. Either pay people more so they want to work there or make sure you staff properly. Also, where are all the managers?

The wait times for prescriptions are too long to me. Sometimes you'll come in almost a whole day after the scrip is written, but you'll have to wait for 20 minutes to get the 10 pills put in a bottle. They also called me about an alleged "insurance issue" almost nonstop for a month, but whenever I came in person, with a copy of my insurance card, the staff had no idea what was wrong. That might be a problem in their system and not with this specific walgreens, but it was REALLY unsettling and obnoxious. The staff are subdued but gently polite and friendly. They've never messed up a single scrip for me, so that's good. They also do flu shots, buuut it's not very private, so think about that if you don't want the other customers to see you freaking out over a needle, or if you'd feel more comfortable in a closed-off room for any other reason.

Very unprofessional staff.. they are rude .. I'm 52 years old and the 18 year old cashier would not sell me a pack of cigarettes because beacuse my licence had expired on October 13 on my birthday.. the manager was even worth.. he stared yelling at my girlfriend and cancell the transaction and told us to go to 7 eleven.. what kind of customer service is this?? I really think you guys should train your staff .. to be nice and polite.. instead of kicking customers out of the store.. at no point I was disrespectful to the staff in the contrary they were very disrespectful to my girlfriend and I.. You will never see me in that store again.. and I'm passing the word around to all my friends and my family..

Just spent 20 mins waiting for a 4x4 photo order that should've been ready yesterday because it was printed 4x6 and it took forever to get assistance from a second employee. Then they cut it in front of me and smiled like it was Ok. Then the guy at the register didn't know how to give change back out of $20.05 for a $10.05 transaction and I had to give him a math lesson explaining his register won't be short.
