I was assisted by the Manager of the store in upgrading a phone. I did receive the phone but when I got my bill I was charged for insurance that was never discussed. I was also charged for Up Next plan which I was never given an option to approve. And to top it off the manager added a to my account and charged phone insurance to the line that there is not even attached to a phone. Insurance on a phone that doesn’t exist. Absolute fraud.

Upon entering the Oswego ATT store to pay my already annoying price rising phone bill, I was rudely told that it was going to be about an hour until i could get helped. An hour just to pay a bill? I wont be waiting my precious time to pay your money you dont diserve as it is let alone make me take an hour that could be used to work or take care of something important

I do not recommend this provider they rope you into sales and things then if ur phone breaks even with having a warranty it's a joke then they had me send my phone in now mind u it was the fold 3 my middle screen broke phone worked they sent it back ? broken wouldn't even turn on

Very helpful selling you stuff, but when it comes too living up to what they sell you .. well.. 3 months of dealing with them because bill was over 100 dollars than I agreed with.. I was finally told it’s not our issue call att ..this was from a salesman after 3 months of me trying to talk to the manager and once even had assistant manger pretend to be the manager .. I said ya buy a car from a dealer and agree too a price then ya get the bill and it’s not what ya agreed do ya call Chevy , or ford ? No ya go to the dealer… so I call firstnet through att( I’m a first responder) and within 30 minutes on phone with att after 3 months of not getting phone call backs or updates from this agency and I was refunded 190 dollars for past 3 months! Never again will I go to this store!! Very helpful when they don’t have to make any effort when they do I was literally told owell it’s your issue even when they admit I’m over paying.. they don’t do refunds there and have to go to higher ups and I said after 3 months ya haven’t heard anything????worst customer support ever… huge shout too angel at first net for not only his sympathy but assistance for what I went through with this store…..Scam artist???? If ya wanna risk it ..ok you go there then you tell me when ya have too pay your bill…..I know what I think …

I Recently visited the AT&T store in Oswego and was attended by a gentleman named Chris. He was extremely knowledgeable, very very patient and went above and beyond to resolve the issues I was having with my sons’ Apple watches. He was able to fix the problem and even helped me set up parental controls on my phone for them! It was definitely a very pleasant experience and would recommend 100% for everyone to visit the store specifically to see Chris…! Thank you again!

Anytime I’ve gone into the Oswego location I’ve been greeted right away and the staff have always been pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. I would definitely recommend them.
