They've pierced me, my mom, aunt, daughter, and friends. Literally all have gone perfectly well. No bad words at all. I'm actually very sad I've moved out of state, and my youngest now wants her ears pierced. Might come back for it anyway, if that tells you anything! 10/10, no complaints.
