I haven't had great experiences with Chase as a whole but this location has great staff and management. Kind, professional, and understanding. While I wouldn't recommend Chase for banking, this location deserves 5 stars just because of the people who work there.

The people in this branch of Chase Bank are very welcoming, very helpful, and extremely friendly.

I have just opened a new account with Chase. I had particular difficulty connecting to Chase online app, and Gen and her coworker were just so wonderful in helping me contact Chase IT services to resolve the issue. A big thanks to both of you!
