The store owner has the BEST personality and makes every customer feel welcomed and heard. Employees are incredibly helpful, taking time to explain items and even offering tea samples. The shop is brimming with artisan and craft items, and the owner goes above and beyond to help, wrapping gifts beautifully and explaining art works from local artists. Duffy’s Designs has everything: gifts, decor, candles, all in a zen atmosphere. It is a superior find, tucked behind 32 Hawley St. in a red barn, and is the go-to gift shop in Oswego for special and homemade gifts.
