Guy at the far end of the counter couldn’t be bothered to say someone will be right with you but instead rudely bark that register 1 is closed. Waiting and waiting and next thing you know a bunch of people are on line. I gave up and left

Actually downloaded yelp to say how bad this store is, cashier was super rude and unhelpful, waited 5 minutes for someone to even see me so I could checkout. Horrible customer service, would not recommend, definitely not going again.

This isn't a restaurant....it's a gas station and convenience store. The pizza is pretty excellent I gotta say. The price is unbeatable for unlimited toppings. Nothing gourmet about it but certainly appreciate the offers and convenience products. Also the beverage offer is the best around, $.99 cents for any size soft drinks.... fountain sodas-$.99Iced tea or coffee$.99 slushies or iciies...$.99All-day and every-day (slow gas pumps) only complaint

Parking: There's parking spaces and gas pumps. There's an air machine for expensive tire air if you'd rather
Wheelchair accessibility: There's a short ramp to get up sidewalk

Basically this Fastrac sucks. But it is the only gas stop in Oswego. That said, the 'girls' who work here are rude, unhelpful, snide, lazy and make fun of the customers who lay down money here for snacks, drinks, gas and coffee. As I did. The cashier was talking on her cell phone. The manager 'girl' was crying on HER phone with her boyfriend.. The coffee was advertised as "Buy. Sip. Repeat." - only I won't be repeating it at all, as the coffee in the urns was burned and had no flavor. When I asked the cashier about a fresh urn of coffee, her answer was: "That's not my job." Are you kidding me? Then go back to mopping the floor. Its a really clean gas stop. It does employ EXTREMELY RUDE 'girls'.. Cheap gas. Cold drinks. Pizza. Review: 4

My daughter stopped at Fastrac in Oswego around 10pm last night, paid $40 cash for some gas, and started pumping. At 10pm, all of the lights went off and the pump shut off. The total gas purchase at that point was $30.28. She went to the door and it was locked. She was knocking on the door so that she could get her change due and the employees completely ignored her.I called Fastrac this morning and was told that it was a safety issue, the employees are not allowed to open the door once they are closed. She told me that maybe my daughter should have come in just a bit earlier. I reminded her that when people are traveling, it isn't always an option and that I would send my daughter in for her change today, but in the future, I would be sending her to Byrne Dairy.I will never be stopping to give support to any Fastrac location again if this is how they choose to operate.So, remember if you are in Oswego at 10pm, maybe you should have been there a bit sooner if you wanted to get gas or any food items at their location, otherwise visit Byrne Dairy.

The pizza I ordered tonight was amazing! The price $10 unlimited toppings is a great price! You won’t get that great price anywhere else in Oswego and the 3 girls working we’re so friendly! I will definitely be coming back again!!
