Terrible I bought a unit and all of the ones that they said where open where all locked with stuff in it. The bins are not numbered well the people on the phone where unable to contact the owner to find a solution. Recommend anyplace else

I told them multiple times I can't be there a certain day they gave me 1 choice I go to suny Oswego and I had to move out and now Its been 2 weeks trying to get a refund .

Absolutely would NOT use again I have had nothing but problems I would pay each month then get messages saying I haven't paid and have to go through a bunch of issues on the phone just for the manager not to respond to corporate I have been going through this for MONTHS DO NOT USE!!!!!
