Terrible I bought a unit and all of the ones that they said where open where all locked with stuff in it. The bins are not numbered well the people on the phone where unable to contact the owner to find a solution. Recommend anyplace else

I told them multiple times I can't be there a certain day they gave me 1 choice I go to suny Oswego and I had to move out and now Its been 2 weeks trying to get a refund .

Absolutely would NOT use again I have had nothing but problems I would pay each month then get messages saying I haven't paid and have to go through a bunch of issues on the phone just for the manager not to respond to corporate I have been going through this for MONTHS DO NOT USE!!!!!

I was interested in renting a storage. I called the owner and scheduled viewing for the next day. I was on time and was waiting for about 20 mins. I was texting and calling him while waiting. Once I got home, he called me back and said „oh I was riding my bike”. So he was enjoying his bike ride while I re-arranged my work, family and whole day to be there. He told me to look for a key that was in the storage and do my own viewing as he cannot meet me any longer. Extremely unprofessional!! As the owner please respect the time of potential customers. Will not rent there.

I am praying that the owner of this business makes A LOT of money and enjoys every penny of it. After my personal experience with this facility and the owner being aware that my son and I were in a domestic violence shelter with LITERALLY everything we owned placed there decided that the best business practice/profit was to auction it off. If you want to support and help this business make A LOT of money and to ensure that profit is going to remain their primary goal within this small county regardless of showing support to a community in vulnerable situations I would highly recommend this place is the best.

Gen-X Storage is a great company. They keep their locations very clean and secure. One great aspect is that they have a large variety of unit sizes, which is great for people at any stage in life. I would highly recommend this company for anyone looking to store their items at any point of the year. (Photos are from their Fulton location)
