They are 3 blocks from me. I am a senior citizen with a broken ankle, so I called for a RX delivery, 1st time. 2 days later, no pills. No delivery. Had to go in. Called for hours both days they don't even answer the phone. I complained to pharmacist. He said we're busy. Duh!! Well they won't be doing business like this.

This drug store still has family values. Family run for only God knows how long. If they don't have a item, they will most likely be there with in 2 day.

The staff is always kind and helpful, rarely ever wait in line (if I do it’s less than 2 minutes), quick on refills, easy to get through to on the phone when you call!

We've been told 3 days in a row that Important prescriptions would be delivered to our door ,day 3! let down again, after calling and being reassured that the prescriptions would be delivered today, The excuse for the past 2 days being the delivery driver said there was "no answer" I have a ring camera that says otherwise ! Whatever happened to employees being reprimanded, for negligence? I use to love that little pharmacy.

Delivery is a fine service but not when it takes 3 days to deliver! The young person who answered the phone said two days to fill prescriptions and the 3rd for delivery. Well if I had to wait for 3 days for a pizza or anything else I would certainly not order out!! Pharmacist wouldn't take my call to answer my questions, no one knew if my order was with the driver or not as they were not answering their phone (probably driving?). Just a young girl who is probably doing her best but not able to answer any of my questions. We are big on supporting local businesses but this one just lost my business I think.

Among the worst customer service I've ever received. They constantly make mistakes and place blame on the customers. Spoke with a pharmacist named Beth earlier today who sarcastically suggested I get a job with them if I "cared so much about people getting their prescriptions called in". I've been receiving my prescriptions from there since basically birth and never had this kind of problem until recently. Since last December (of 2021), I've been regularly on prescriptions and buying them from here. Over the last 10 or so months, I've only not had a problem with them a handful of times. Every time there's a problem, it's either the customer or the doctor who is at fault according to them. The pharmacist went on to tell me what I was doing was "silly". Nice to know a local business apparently would rather insult a customer instead of assisting them.

I've been with Waynes Pharmacy for about two years and the service and competence has only declined. There has been multiple occasions where my refills were placed for pickup when specifically requested delivery and on two occasions they have left my prescriptions with an entirely different address. I gave them the benefit of the doubt for longer than I should have and as of this morning when I called to check why my refills hadn't been delivered yesterday as they informed me, the girl answering the phones hung up on me when I said I wanted to check on yesterdays delivery. After calling back she hung up on me the moment I spoke. This pharmacy is the worst in Oswego, go to Walmart instead.

After testing positive for covid, I contacted my doctor and was soon on the phone with a member of the pharmacy. We had a fifteen minute conversation where he was friendly and professional.The next day, I called from curbside, and was berated by the staff who brought the meds to my car saying I was not in the correct parking spot, and that I should not have come myself, even though my wife is also positive and symptomatic.I will never bother you with my health concerns again.

I was very disappointed in the customer service at Wayne's drugs, and especially Jamie Branshaw. Over 6 months ago a walker was delivered to a local nursing facility which was too small for my father who is 6 ft tall to use. He was in the hospital at the time. We immediately brought the walker back to Wayne's pharmacy, unused. Since that time we have been fighting with them to get our money back but have been totally ignored. Would never use this pharmacy again for medical devices.
