My experience is that I have always been treated respectfully by their friendly bank tellers. If you have any questions or problems with your debit card, the NBT staff will help you, whether locally or when you call them when you travel.

Do not bank here!!! Deposited my payroll check and asked for proof I worked for my employer. Would not release my money!! Who does this!!
