I am a regular customer. I make purchases here regularly. it's my preferred liquor store in oswego. However, I doordash, and I also frequent this store for door dash. Today, I was denied to pick up my order because the employee didn't recednize me and asked an other employee if she recednized me and she said no. However, another employee who I frequently speak to when I enter the store for the past 4 years just stood there and did not acknowledge me. I lost time and money because of this, I was a regular loyal shopper here, and I was brushed aside today, horrible customer service don't go here.

I visit here often. They stopped using door dash and instead use some other service which is absolutely awful unless you want to spend $75 for a $35 order. Other than that, the store is organized and the staff is very friendly.

I went in paid with credit card and because their machine on their end crashed my side said approved and even showed on my back statement. He refused to let me leave with what I paid for. He said " nothing he could do. But clearly I paid for it. So that being said I will never EVER be back and I'll make sure to put that place on blast.

Want to be ignored for 15 minutes or longer, while 2 sales associates help one person? Then this is your place to visit. Associate knew what I was in for and completely ignored me while running back and forth for their other customer.

Good selection, like the discount on cases, wish they would give discount for hospital employees, but at least I get the case discount. And love the peeps that work there and thank you Kristie for always putting up with me and always asking to order weird stuff. Lol ????

Favorite place to buy liquor when I come back to Oswego. Always a pleasant experience. Good variety as well which I enjoy since I'm always trying new stuff.Young lady working there is very friendly and is knowledgeable about the liquor selection. I was looking to try a new whiskey and I had a great time listening to a bunch of recommendations and information. Couldn't decide so I bought two when I was originally going to buy just one.
