“My poor Willow (American Cocker Spaniel) came in looking like a wooly Mammoth 🦣. Willow is a service dog, 13 1/2 years old. The groomer, i believe her name is Jay, came out and we had a very lengthy consultation about what she would be able to do for Willow's groom, which I really appreciated. She had an open would on her forehead that was slightly oozing which negated tge bath, due to the possibility of infection. My point to all of this is the groomer was VERY knowledgeable and very concerned. And Willow really liked her, which means the WORLD ro me. So....no bath, no show cut, no fluffy cocker ears. But when Willow came out she had sparkle back in her eyes, spring in her step and actually smiled. Jay had a very difficult job with all of the mats and she made my Willow looked beautiful and exceeded my expectations. Just like with a haircut, fur grows back. And Jay and I will have a very long relationship getting Willow back to her show ring days, in her earlier years. Thank you so very much!!!!”
