Our dogs used to love to go here for a nail trim but I found out yesterday that the groomer that always did their nails isn't there anymore ? I hope my dogs can adjust to whomever does this service for them. If I knew she transferred to a different store I would travel just for this reason! She was wonderful with both of them.

Staff are wonderful!! They are engaging,knowledgeable and caring. Only negative...store doesn't carry much in the line of beef quality cat food. Store is very well kept despite it being animal friendly!! Great job.

Very friendly they lessen to how I wanted him done and did it. Was very pleased with the groomer very pleasant and friendly and nice. Explained very thing it was nice. Would recommend the Oswego store to anyone

We had an appointment for our dog to be groomed. When we came in a very nice man told us that our groomer should be in shortly. Apparently she was sitting out in her car even though we were there for our appointment at the scheduled time. She came in a few minutes later and I immediately had some concerns. The woman's hands were shaking badly, she had large bags under her eyes and was generally disheveled. Her overall demeanor suggested drugs or some form of intoxication. I was obviously not comfortable leaving my dog in this persons care and took him back home. We will not ever be returning here. Leaving your pets with strangers requires a level of trust and I would absolutely not trust this business with my animals.
