Late this afternoon, my car overheated and could not be driven home. From the pleasant woman who answered the phone when I called Scotty's Towing late this Sunday afternoon, to Matt who came with a flatbed in a reasonable amount of time, very good customer service was provided. Matt was friendly and moved my vehicle safely to the repair shop for me. I appreciate their timely help.

3 phone calls to get a tow. The phone call was jarbled and couldn't hear well. I was bothering them clearly.

I was stuck and an industrial plant, just inside the gate. Waited for them almost 2 hours while on the clock for my job. They got there and turned around because it was beyond the gate, and they would've had to take a 10 min test to get security clearance to go beyond it. They left us there without notifying us that they would not be towing us. My company had a contract through them to tow for us. Very poor way to conduct buisness

They were so nice! My key was broken & the guy helped me immensely try to figure out my best options. He was incredibly kind and wanted to make sure I wasn't spending more than needed to get it fixed. I would definitely use them again and recommend Scotty's to anyone needing honest & reliable help.

I like Scottys towing in oswego. This time wasn't my best experience. Called at 10:30am to get my truck to my mechanic to look at and fix. Scottys secretary forgot to tell the tow truck driver. I had to call back around 1:00 to see what was up. She finally told the tow guy but he didn't show up until 7pm, mechanic was closed and I didn't get my truck back for a week.

TERRIBLE! UNPROFESSIONAL!! RUDE!!My daughters car needed to be towed from her college. We put in the request through AAA when Scotty’s Towing was assigned to the job. The person who came out didn’t open his ears and eyes to look for my daughters car on campus. He only looked at the front of the building and refused to try and find her because he needed a more specific address. How do you give an address to a parking lot?! She was able to direct him turn by turn to get to her but he refused to listen and kept hanging up on her. He then hung up on me when I tried to direct him. He marked the call as “complete” which was NOT the case. I’m not sure how this guy even has a job!! There’s plenty of people who would do his job with a smile on their face. Bad for business. I will alert ALL my friends and family in Oswego to NEVER even consider this business.Service: Special vehicle towing

I called them to scrap a vehicle at approx. 930 am and by 1030 am the truck was pulling into my driveway with cash in handVery easy transaction. Was a pleasure doing business with.

I called this company at 2:30 and sat till 6:30 and eventually told them to beat rocks. This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. they are the worst tow company ever. I highly recommend calling someone who will not waste your time.
