Would be nice if your hours on the website were correct! I just drove over 45 minutes away cause the hours said the store was open till 8. Nope, I got there at 7 and all the lights were off. I won't be back!

Ordered shoes online from here they arrived dirty and scuffed. Took them back staff was unfriendly said they couldn't give partial refund and had no more in stock very disappointed with this place

Went to exchange a pair of shoes and was told I could not at this due to the fact that the worker was the only one there and she was not trained to to returns or exchanges . Wasted a trip to the store just to have to come back.

I like the shoes and bought a few pairs from here in the past but we just went in without a mask and BOTH of us are vaccinated. But another lady came in and asked if they needed one and the person behind the counter (Felicia Bond) responded louder than she previously spoke saying that, "since she asked if she needed one that makes her a better person and more respectful than others". Now, if she had simply asked if we were vaccinated or asked us to wear a mask we would have shown proof and wore the mask if it made them comfortable. The condescending tone and rudeness was uncalled for.
