Went into the store to return equipment. After standing there for 20 minutes. I found out from another customer that we have to have an appointment or sign in!!! The sales representative saw me standing there all that time and knew I hadn’t signed in and never said one word! The store was full and there was only two sales representatives working. It’s Christmas time and a weekend for crying out loud.

Waited 45 minutes to just drop off a modem. One worker was so busy socializing with a customer (pulling out her phone & showing personal content) that people were piling up & she didn't care. EVERYONE was was frustrated, including the only other worker trying to pick up the slack.
Going hands off with installations & phone call assitence to save money - you have to hire more in store help.

Google has it inside the Price Chopper, it's not. It's in the old Blockbuster store in the same parking lot but closer to the main road.

In & out in under 5 min. I was trading in some of my old equipment for newer updated stuff. When I got there I didn't have to wait in line was waited on right away, I gave them the information they needed from me and they swapped everything out like I said I was in and out under 5 minutes great experience!

I met the most pleasant and patient salesman Michael! He gave me the best deal ever!! I got the phone internet and cable tv for the same price I was paying for just my phone service locked in for 3 whole years! On top of that I was able to pay my phones off and get a gift card for the amount I paid phones off1,533. I didn’t know how to switch my service get all the ime numbers unlock 4 phones, and helped me get a new iPad (my old was dying) worked all the figures and got it all for the same price he quoted before I got the new iPad! I met with him on Wednesday and I had to wait 24-48 hours for the payment to go through so the phones could be unlocked. I asked him if I could come back to him after but he was going on vacation because it was his anniversary. So I was leaving out of town on Monday and wished it was him helping me. So that young man came in at noon on Sunday to help me. My mom is dying from cancer and I just didn’t want to deal with someone else. You know you have to go through the whole thing with someone else. I have been exhausted and really needed help. He helped me every step of the way. He did it all from start to finish. AT&T gave me a hard time unlocking my phone. We had to call at least 8 times and he explained my situation. Needless to say 2 hours later on his vacation he got me through the entire situation. I have been going through a nightmare and this young man Michael was the kindest, most patient young man I have ever encountered! Anyone who goes to spectrum in Oswego please go see Michael and tell him you saw this! He is a rare find! I imagine his parents must be extremely proud! They raised him right! What a wonderful world this place would be if there were only more like him! I’ve never written a review but felt compelled to after this experience! If you see this Michael God Bless You!!

I have had at numerous times gone to the Spectrum store in Oswego. The service is great and the knowledge and technical support is top notch. Michael in particular went above and beyond yesterday to help me.

I stopped into the Oswego store turning in 2 cable boxes. I was promptly greeted by Sales Specialist William Moody. William was very friendly and eager to help me out. He also gave me a quick run down on how easy it is to switch from Verizon to Spectrum phone's . I was very surprised how friendly the whole staff is.
