Always very convenient when I have packages for pickup or delivery! Although we are currently dealing with the construction on W 1st street, their lot and services are still easily accessible.

Hi My name is Denise and I live here in Oswego ny and I live in a very bad neighborhood and I am trying to get the post office to deliver my mail at my front door at Champlain Commons because I am scared to leave my house and I gave them the paper work from my doctors office and my caseworker and they denied it and they said they will not deliver the mail to my front door because they said as long as I can walk drive and do other things there’s no reason why I can’t go to the mailbox. They don’t realize that I suffer from PTSD, bipolar disease, anxiety, and depression ADHD and autism and they just don’t care but it’s OK that we can support them by buying stamps and delivering our packages out of their office and supporting them to make their money, but they can’t do the things that we want them to do for us and they work for the government nice people and I’ve even gave them candy every year for Christmas Easter and holidays and this is the thanks I get plus I’ve had my Windshield has been broken. My place has been been broken into twice at Champlain Commons and they just don’t care so they’re putting my life in danger by not delivering my mail to my front Door so thanks a lot staff members at the OSWEGO POST OFFICE🚐 FROM DENISE-4-12-2025-😎😡😎😡😎😡😎😡😎😡😎😡😎😡😎

I have in fact shoveled but it’s fine I understand not delivering in unsafe conditions I have not complained, but for some reason my route carrier has been leaving passive aggressive comments on my mail regarding snow.

Lost my mail for 2/18 and 2/19 and no resolution at all. Supervisor was supposed to call and didn’t. This is why we need to privatize mail delivery

Sad so sad. How long can this world continue in decline in every way imaginable. Now the post person can't deliver packages if it takes an extra minute your S O L. God bless this country. This is not what my Grandparents and uncle's fought and died for.

The people behind the counter are awesome. They’re kind and always willing to help whenever I need to speak either by phone or in person. Always have been, and I’m talking about 25 years being a customer there!

An package is sent directly to the Post office in my name. Shipping was completely free. I have a post office box. I was told to paythe Oswego post office $10 for shipping fees in order to pick up my package. The package was sent to the post office for free( no charge for the receiver).(Oswego Post Office). Thoughts and opinions welcomed about this one? Some business want a physical address and not a P.O. Box I simple used fbe post office address since I don't have a physical address. Hince the reason I paid for a Post Office Box.

I think the place is run very efficiently and I have had great luck with the customer service people there. The customer service is really great and the people are very friendly. Usually not too much of a line and if there is a line it usually moves pretty quickly.

Very unhelpful, the services they claim to offer are untrue. I wasted time going to an appointment that I scheduled, only to find out they don't offer those services

I’ve lived in Oswego since the COVID 19 outbreak and have never had a bad or even unpleasant experience. I can’t say the same for all the Post Offices with whom I’ve dealt.

They have zero employees who can do the job properly I have left 23 calls to there customer support line and still they can't do the job I have had people who never lived here's mail cramped in my mailbox and when I moved here they spent 2 months to get some issues resolved with knowing the past tent died yet they still cram his mail in my mailbox and this has gone on and on sence may and now there writing rude and hard to read messages on all my mail... dont receive any services here
