I think the place is run very efficiently and I have had great luck with the customer service people there. The customer service is really great and the people are very friendly. Usually not too much of a line and if there is a line it usually moves pretty quickly.

Very unhelpful, the services they claim to offer are untrue. I wasted time going to an appointment that I scheduled, only to find out they don't offer those services

I’ve lived in Oswego since the COVID 19 outbreak and have never had a bad or even unpleasant experience. I can’t say the same for all the Post Offices with whom I’ve dealt.

I think the individuals that work at the Oswego Post office are efficient, patient and kind. I have been using their services at least once a week for years now and I'm in and out of this office quickly due to their prompt response and professional knowledge. I think most of the employees with whom I have had contact deserve a raise!

Mail that normally takes a day or two is now taking 3 or more days. Why? What has changed? Are people slowing down? It is time to hire more people at a better pay rate. That will get people to move.

It's a federal building, had to meet requirements, it's gov't protocol.. unfortunately this is not telling me which post office I was in. I go to different post offices?

We have lived in Oswego, NY 20+ years. THEY JUST RUINED AN ANNUAL EVENT SUNDAY FOR CONSTELLATION ENERGY AND MADE MY COMPANY LOOK BAD. A sub delivered a very important package Thursday for the Sunday event, TO THE WRONG STREET AND PLACE. WE NEVER GOT IT. In that entire time including last week their substitute carriers apparently CANNOT READ! My 7 yr old grandson can read a house/apt number, and read a street name. IT'S NOT ROCKET SCIENCE. They pay them $20+ an hour to misdeliver the mail!! I cannot even count how many times we have received someone else's mail, and we would then walk it to the correct address. THIS BRANCH SHOULD BE DISCIPLINED, KINDA LIKE THE DISASTORIUS MEXICO, NY CHILD PROTECTIVE BRANCH THAT ALSO CANNOT DO THERE JOB, as we read about child deaths and it's their fault.

Staff are lovely and quick, but this location desperately needs a self service kiosk. Hours are terrible if you have a day job.

This is the third package delivered opened. The delivery service is horrible and I use to work for th USPS in Clay, NY. Never did they have packages delivered opened. Everytime my packages arrive on a Sunday I know they are going to be in damaged boxes or opened. Don't bother having your part time workers delivering packages on a Sunday if you are not going to be working on Sunday to make the packages are not being opened or throw as the Post Master. Your workers on Sunday are not at all good.n around

I have alot of packages that come and go through the Oswego Post Office and I don't think I have ever had a rude interaction with anyone. There have been delivery issues , as there have been everywhere, but when I have had to call , anyone I have talked to has gone over and above to help me.We have some wonderful people working down at our Post office !

It's the post office, you get what you get from the Federal Government

Half the time if it's snowing we don't even get mail.. for such a snowy area the mail carriers shouldn't be afraid of a little bit of snow on sidewalks in order to deliver the mail

Kevin is the man. He was helpful in dealing with a missing package situation. Also, every time I have to ship something through USPS, the staff is always super polite and welcoming
