Ben was wonderful helped me with everything I need when things went wrong he stayed 3 hours over his shift to help me. He still helping me couldn't ask for a better guy at verizon. I love my phone and product is awesome.

I was not planning on leaving my company of 7 years of service, but between my fiance and Ben they convinced me to switch. He stayed after hours just to help me and found all the right deals. Amazing!

I Must Say Ben is The True King of Verizon je made a miracle happen last night. I came in with an emergency situation my current phone was dying no saving it we had to perform a organ transplant into a new phone last minute with little to no charge left and like I said he made a miracle happen but we weren't alone either he helped not only me but he helped 5 others while we were getting me set up with this new phone and what he pulled off last night was awesome to witness and he did such a great job. I'm now A proud owner of the new s24ultra! Thank you ben!

Alex was top notch the wife and I showed up at 6:45 pm the store closes at 7:00 this guy took on the task of setting us up with not one but two new phones plus switch are account around and did not even bat an eyelash about staying after hours and we did not get out of there until almost 10:00 thanks alex you are the king of oswego.

Ben Liccardi was so amazing. We originally went to the Fulton Verizon to have my phone that's straight talk switched to the Verizon plan and update info for our plan. The girl told us she couldn't help and everything was done on the app. After talking to Ben at the Oswego Verizon who was very informative and super nice, we walked out with 2 brand new phones with all the accessories need. Aldo we will be going back in March to get our Smart watches. Thank you so much.

I have had a decent time with this store because of one specific employee. Or i should say now ex-employee. She always had a smile on her face helped me when needed and now she is gone from the oswego NY store. The reason she was lied to. She was told to sell two internets within 2 weeks as that metrics were a little low. (Here verizon service is not the best so people dont want spotty internet) she got 3 then was let go by Brad the store manager. She only knew she needed the 2 internet because her manager Jordan told her and she was told by brad not to say anything to her. Im telling you right now the service of verizon in this area is bad and an internet using the cell service will DO POORLY. The employee have been told to lie to the customers and tell them the internet is good, ontop of that they can not tell the customers what speeds that the internet can provide. He has specifically targeted her over and over even when her metrics were good. She was the only women in that store. This reflects extremely poorly not only on Verizon as a company but on that store specifically. I left AT&T because of how well i was treated by this employee. After switching over i was quoted that my bill was only going to be $96 first payment was $243. After getting the deal for the internet and being told i was not going to be charged i am now being charged 62 extra dollars on top of my 96. This kind of practice is off putting and deplorable. It is based on mis direction and lies. I have an issue now with switching over from AT&T to Verizon. Once i can i will be leaving your service and will be heading back to AT&T. Brad has made it clear not only to his employees but also the customers that he cares not for either one. I do not think he is a good fit for this company.
