Thank you so much for working with us and verifying the steps for our tricare insurance! We have never had any issues with walgreens and the service is always friendly and fast. They care about their patients. Tricare is difficult to work with but walgreens is a true professional in how it's handled. Plus letting us know what we need to fix and do as well to make a smooth process for everyone. I have some anxiety after working with Kinney's and the walgreens in Oswego was gentle and compassionate. I will never use another business for our prescriptions. Thank you for everything! I truly believe that every review should be taken with a grain of salt when they are negative. As human beings, we are adapt at making mistakes. There are dominate personalities in the world and leading the way with solid communication and empathy, I feel anything can be worked out for customer and business. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for making me feel that I matter and not an inconvenience.

I tried to order some supplements online because they don’t stock it in the store, the Walgreens website doesn’t accept any payments, I called customer service and they couldn’t do anything, I called the store and they refused to order the items I wanted even if I paid for them at the store, very bad way to do business, Walmart had no problem getting them for me !

I went to Walgreens to get my passport pictures taken and Alaina was very quick with printing and considerate. Good costumer service.

Had one package sent here while i was traveling through and they returned it the second it got there. Nice ill never go to any walgreens again anywhere. Just close there is never more than one customer anyway. God forbid you hold one package in your big empty store.

They have a nice variety of things and they have a drive-thru pharmacy pickup or in-store pharmacy pick up and groceries inside the store.The service is very good and they have online photo options as well as in store photo machines. The store is a little bit on the expensive side. They sell a wide variety of items and it's a relatively large store.

Quick friendly service on orders placed online, great prices and lots of coupons or sales offers many buy 1 get 1. They always honor the sales even when quantity is not available.

Called last week for my meds. They said I couldn’t pick them up until the following week. Called yesterday and they said I could pick them up the following day. I drove up to the drive through window and waited a bit for someone to help me. They got my name and said they don’t have my meds and the would need to order them. I might have have tomorrow if they come in. twice I was told they would be ready and they were not. Walgreens was much better when it was Rite Aid.

Very clean prices are very high.Cashier was very rude and didn't explain to me why my credit card did not give me cash back when I wanted cash back and she just said "sorry". There was people behind me and that's all she was worried about. So I had to go to the ATM and pay the fee which was what I was trying to avoid in the first place.

The Pharmacist helped me and talked with me about everything I had concerns about. He was excellent! I looked at his white coat twice to try and remember his name and all I do remember is "Gop". I appreciated his manner more than he'll know on a day that I needed help, answers and kindness. Thanks Pharmacist Gop...First three letters is all I got. Oswego Walgreen's thank you for this gem!
