If you want to deal with an employee that is rude, who has an ear bud in Listening to that instead of you, then make sure you go see Peyton at the Oswego Walmart.

Just picked up groceries and Jaden was an excellent example of the kind, friendly & considerate employee that I have come to expect from this Walmart. Thank you Jayden for being kind enough to answer this old women's questions & treating her groceries like they were your moms!

There's a reason that this Walmart is rated as low as it is. And, let me begin by saying that there are a lot of great employees here and a few great managers. But unfortunately, those people cannot make up for the fact that the store manager Ken is the absolute worst. They fired him once, because he is incompetent. But they couldn't find anyone else to fill his role and gave him his job back. In addition, the woman in charge of hiring for night stockers is useless. I once went in there and interviewed for that position, I came in with over a year of experience doing THAT EXACT JOB. And she was rude during the interview and I never got a call back, instead they likely hired someone with zero experience who probably quit a few weeks later. That's why the Oswego Walmart has such a high turnover rate. And I know, that may sound like sour grapes. But, it's more of a warning. I didn't even really care that they didn't hire me, I have worked at the Fulton Walmart, the best Walmart in the area. Oswego not hiring me was their loss. Why I really mentioned it to begin with is firstly so anyone thinking about bothering to interview with that store thinks twice and also, to show more of why this store is a Flaming dumpster fire. In addition to all of that stuff, whomever is in charge of ordering really needs to be shown the door. I drink Ghost energy drinks, I have been to Walmart stores from here to Pennsylvania, to Ohio, to West Virginia and Oswego is the ONLY store that doesn't carry these drinks. They did, but in spite of the fact that they always sold put the popular flavors they must have decided it wasn't a wise business choice. Fulton Walmart sells them cold. Every Walmart in the area, sells them cold. And, Ghost isn't the only problem on this topic. Nine times out of ten, whatever you want or need will not be in stock. I have NEVER had this problem with the Fulton store. Ever. The person who orders needs to either be shown the door as I said before or else retrained on how to order correctly. In closing, if you drive and don't mind driving a little bit further, then do yourself a favor and go to the Fulton store.

if I could give this store no stars I would I just had an employee walk up on me and my husband aft disrespecting us at the self check out register. he snatch our items aft we gestured for him to come asst us bc the machine alerted us something was missed in all actuality nothing was missed. The Mgr that came over tried defending him and told me if I haven't payed for it then it's not mind, and he has to go in the bag. That wasn't my complaint! my complaint was he seen us trying to get his attention and gesturing for him he didn't want to come over and when he did he was disrespectful saying you didn't ring this "what's this? what's this? and what's this? all he pointed at was rung up then he decided he was gonna start grabbing the things we didn't get a chance to ring up bc we were stop! I ask for a Mgr she came over and immediately began defending him not even asking what happen, then it was he usually doesn't act that way. as I'm talking to her he walks back over to me stands behind me coming towards me talking shhhhhhhhh! I felt threaten and in defense mode! the Mgr had to push him away and stand in between us. the part that bothers me is her saying if you haven't payed for it it's not yours???? huh????? so anyone can walk up in an employee uniform disrespect you, snatch the items you've selected talk to u crazy accuse you of not ringing up items see that it was rung up walk away come back get smart like there gearing up for an argument and fight get loud embarrassing you! got it. now we no that Walmart condon ignorant ghetto aggressive disrespectful behavior and needs to be sued for defamation and reckless behavior of employees and u wonder why there's so many mass shooting

I had placed an online grocery pickup order and I was never notified that It was ready for pickup because the associate never closed out the order. I called thirty minutes after my order should've been ready and they couldn't give me a reason why it was never completed then I was on hold for fifteen minutes to talk with a manager. Ended up calling back then I finally got someone but honestly didn't sound very authentic.

Absolute worst WalMart in the country. Went into store to talk to the manager Ken about a problem with a return. He brought a 6' 280# head of loss prevention,, who stood between me and the exit the entire time (done to intimate me) and insisted everything was done by policy and procedure. Evidently it's policy to be so uncooperative and combative to people making returns that they would rather drive to the Fulton store to handle it. After being called a liar Ken kicked me out of the store. Wake up sheeple you don't have to be treated poorly to save money.
