“Multiple times in the past few years I've had to call the local post office to deal with an issue, and every time the person who has responded has been kind and receptive and genuinely seemed to want to help with my issue, and helped whenever possible. Government employees get a lot of flak generally, and i want to say i feel fortunate that the people at this part office have always been kind and helpful.”

“I love this place. This is a small Post Office with limited space and manpower, and so sometimes it gets a little backed up, but the lines usually move quickly, and the employees are always very friendly and attentive. Lori, the worker I see most often, is an absolute treasure. My only critique is that I wish they had a 24-hour self-service kiosk, but this is rural NY, so I'm happy with what we've got.”
