When I got there, I asked if I could add on two more things I remembered I needed done and it was no problem at all! The cost was fair. They called to let me know my car was done around 3pm. It was very smooth and not stressful at all.”
“Just bought a 2016 Chevy Silverado with the 6l80 six speed transmission that was making a grinding noise, almost like when your going over the rumble strips on the shoulder. Called Bill on the phone & he knew exactly what was wrong & was very knowledgeable about this 6 speed transmission that are notorious for bad torque converters. Bill & his mechanic pulled the transmission, rebuilt it & replaced torque converter + then reinstalled transmission for a grand total of $1650!! The truck now shifts like new without any issues & no more shaking! If you have any kind of transmission problem Bill is your go to guy! Don’t be fooled into spending 5k on a new or rebuilt trani when Bills Transmission shop can rebuild yours usually less than 2k!!Service: Transmission repair”

“I don't say this lightly, my experience with Val-U-Auto has been life-changing. The people here give me hope for the world. I had the transmission in my car go completely bad and the dealership gave me a price to fix that was more than what I paid for the car! It all changed when Hunter their tow truck driver came to drop off my car, which was pure chance because my insurance had arranged to get my car towed home from the dealership. He didn't have to, but he did - he took interest, he spoke up. Asked me why I was deciding to junk it and look for a different car, and then explained to me how I would benefit from actually just replacing the transmission. Got me in touch with Luke their shop manager, and next thing you know, I am back driving the car I thought I'd have to say goodbye to.
