Recently bought a car from here and am very pleased! Due to an accident I needed a new vehicle and decided on Greg’s after finding a car online they were selling! Ended up buying a Honda Pilot and absolutely love it! My husband did have to drain the transmission fluid because previous owners never had that done and it was messing with the car a bit, but now after changing the fluid it’s running perfect! Other than that I’m really happy with my purchase! Josh and Greg were hilarious and extremely helpful in getting what me and my family needed! I’ll likely be buying all future cars from here and look forward to more laughs with these guys!

These guys sold me a truck that the frame rusted out in less then a year, i had it welded but now other areas are rotting out and mechanics don’t want to touch it. The rot and rust was coated over so I couldn’t see the rot and rust when I got under to look when buying. Lessons have been learned. I put hard earned money into this investment and I just have to take the loss…..

Very unprofessional I purchased a vehicle last year and not having it 30 days the problems started and hasn't end. I was told to take to their garage they work with and they would fix the issue , after taking it there 3 times the issue still is not resolved. Greg will not return calls , very unprofessional and doesn't care once the vehicle leaves his parking lot. I would never recommend nor purchase another vehicle with them. If he would have taken the time to listen and fix the issue I would have given a better rating.

Greg and Josh were great to us, I had an issue unbeknownst to him and he took and had it put in the garage immediately.it was just a gas cap door maybe people have had a bad experience with a car, but they can't be all winners Id def recommend them in the future thanks guys happy new year. 🎊

After 3 hours of test driving several vehicles at Greg's, I decided on the 2020 Nissan Sentra. Josh Kies, the salesman, informed me that he would email me a copy of the bill of sale for finance and insurance purposes.
Two hours later I received a text message from Josh:
Hey John this is josh from Greg’s auto sales, unbeknownst to me my dad had already had a deal written on this Altima and has a girl already approved on it, I was supposed to take that over to the shop Monday when I got in but he had forgotten to tell me that he had a deal on that. I apologize and hope this text gets to you. Sorry about that
Sorry about that?!?! Really??? A text message?!?! At least have the common courtesy to call me and talk to me!!
When I came here to the Google reviews area to write this review, I saw so many poor reviews (and an even lower rating on Facebook), I realized that they may have done me a favor by not selling to me!
Hey guys, here's a new slogan to consider:
Gregs Auto of Owego: Bringing the stereotype of the shady car salesmen to new depths!
And Josh... if you ever break up with your girlfriend, don't text her to let her know. At least call her.
