H&R Block is a worthless scam. Their people have no knowledge of taxes other than filling in boxes with numbers that you provide. Their online software ended up with an audit of a $1000 difference I had to pay a year later. They are worthless

I was talked to in an unprofessional manner when speaking with Joann. She was very rude on the phone. Was not helpful when explaining my tax situation. Told me she didn't care twice. I canceled my appointment.
