I want to start by saying I’ve been here 3 times and all times everyone is very nice and sweet! I came in to get a color and cut. My appointment was at 2:30 pm I arrived 10 minutes early, Stephanie was still with a guest which was okay I was there early. 2:30 hit and she was just now blow drying and styling the girls hair, long story short she was 20-25 minutes late to my appointment. I got in the chair we discussed our options with my hair, she mentioned a gloss, I gave the thought some consideration but told her I would like to do the dark brown permanent dye all over, she still ended up doing the gloss. She had an appointment right after me, I was aware of it we did talk about it on the phone when I scheduled the appointment. My email said “cut and color” she told me she only had me in for color but I did tell her on the phone prior I would like a cut. I’m just going to sum this all up and say the gloss did look really nice don’t get me wrong but it’s just not what I wanted, it felt rushed. I didn’t get my hair dyed, I didn’t get a cut, and all she did was blow dry my hair with it still pretty damp on the back of my head, no style. When I got home my fiance pointed out I had the color down my left side of my neck and my ear, I had a bit splotches of the gloss on my face. I came to a PROFESSIONAL and my hair looked like I did it at home. I’m disappointed because the first time I went there I had Stephanie and she killed the look I wanted the first time, this time was very upsetting. I spent $100 for gloss and gave her a $10 tip. Not sure if I’ll go again. Might try Sarah next time.

Shear Paradise is an amazing salon and Eryn is a fantastic stylist. I've recommended her to friends and they are now regular clients. She's great with short hair, curly hair, and longer styles. Five stars aren't enough!

I had my hair done at Shear Paradise for the first time Elizabeth took care of all my hair needs and I have to say this place is really great the staff are so warm and friendly but Elizabeth did a fantastic job on my hair I got blonde highlights,a cut and blow dry. My hair turned out great,the prices didn’t break me and Elizabeth was so cute easy to talk to . I really enjoyed my visit. It’s definitely worth a visit they do everything there. 🥰👍

This place went above and beyond my expectations. All staff was friendly and helpful. This was my first time there and they made sure I felt welcome and comfortable using the facilities. The facility was extremely clean and well maintained.
My massage therapist was Sarah and she was amazing. I was 41 weeks pregnant and booked a prenatal massage. Sarah went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and that the massage met my needs. I will definitely be coming back for future services.

Back on December 29th of 2023, after four years of letting my hair grow, I had decided to not only donate my own hair, but I also did got a very nice haircut. Thank you to Shear Paradise for cutting my hair and I feel like I am a professional man!
