15 years with the bank. Legitimately, 100%, did not miss a single payment on car loans, personal loans, etc. Started driving for Amazon Flex temporarily between jobs for 8 months, and still, did not miss a single payment. A lady ran a stop sign and totaled my car. Loan was paid off, plus $6,600. Visions denied a new car loan because I did not have 2 years of 1099 work history, effectively putting me out of a job. They may be your only bank, but you're just an account number to them, not a person, not a customer with perfect payment history, not a human being. They do not deserve our loyalty if they are not willing to return it when it's needed the most.EDIT: What a copy and pasted canned response. You don't care about your customers or you'd return their loyalty. Your customers aren't people to you, they're just account numbers from which you can profit via interest. What a joke.

They were busy, but moved everyone along quickly. One particular employee is especially outstanding; she greets me by name each time we are both there.

Don’t walk away, run.., terrible customer service , time after time. Keep thinking next time will be a positive experience but always treated poorly and they just push your questions off to someone else. Still unresolved issues...today was more of the same... can’t wait to cut all ties and start somewhere else.

Wonderful bank. Everyone I've interacted with is knowledgeable, polite, friendly, and very helpful. No crazy fees, indoor and drive thru ATMs available. Never any complaints from me or anyone I know. Would highly recommend for locals!
