If I could rate 0 stars, I would. Extremely unprofessional and the worst service I have ever experienced at a pharmacy. Nearly an entire day waiting for needed medication to be filled only to find out last minute that they were out of stock. Okay, that is fine although it would have been much more helpful to know this earlier so the prescription could have been filled elsewhere. When we requested a transfer of the script to CVS, they refused to answer phone calls from the other pharmacy to transfer and put them on hold and would not respond up until they closed. Working in any healthcare setting and having such a vindictive response is unacceptable to say the least.

Absolutely the most incompetent pharmacy anywhere around here. Waited all afternoon to get prescriptions filled and they didn't even have the antibiotics that I needed for pneumonia. Said they may have them in in a few days. Tried to get the prescription transferred to another pharmacy that had them and they did not answer the phone call. Horrible pharmacy, even worse customer service and not to mention the laziness. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!! No excuse for the horrible experience that I had today.

Store is DIRTY, dont call(customer or dr) when there is a issue with a script, or when its ready, so very far down the list of professionalism. Ive used them for 18 mos, with VERY aggrevating experiences. Using CVS from now on.

The pharmacy took forever to get my son's prescription in. I went to get it only to find out the pharmacy isn't open on the weekends. Don't go here for your prescriptions. The store looks dirty and run down, too.
