Oxford Motors brings back the days of honesty and integrity. Don Golden and his son truly bring the family atmosphere along with many years experience to both their sales and service line. I assist a businessman from Punjab India because of a language barrier. The Golden's sold and kept their word with making this 2017 Toyota Highlander a perfect Vehicle for my hood friends' family. When you're sick of getting ripped-off at the big guys, go here. They have the highest quality, professional service you will find anywhere, hands down. They've worked on my vehicles for years and they have never failed to impress me with the highest degree of service. The vehicles I have bought here have followed suit, and have easily been the best value of any of the places I was looking at, at the time.

Awful experience, watched my girlfriend bring her car here for years and then watched them total her engine while bringing it in for a routine oil change and new tires. I suggest bringing your vehicle literally anywhere else. Also refused to let a tow truck come pick it up after they admitted they couldn’t fix their mistake and said insurance won’t cover it twice if they send him away and make her call another tow all because they wanted her to sign something stating it wasn’t their fault when it was.. Worst part is they’ve been taking care of her and her family's cars for years and now they are showing their true colors once they really messed up.
