I should have received my diabetic supplies 10 days ago. I ran out of the sensors 3 days ago. I emailed Bridgewater over 5 days ago and still have not received a response. I called Bridgewater yesterday and explained the problem. The person I talked to was friendly and she texted me a tracking number. Checking the tracking number it showed that a label had been created for the shipment, however the shipment was not received by the shipper. I called Bridgewater back and stayed on the line for several minutes waiting for someone to answer. After several minutes I was automatically transferred to voicemail. I left my name, cell phone number, and a description of the problem. It is now about 18 hours later and I still have not received an email reply or a phone call from someone at Bridgewater who should have some semblance of customer service.

Since 2001 I have jebbed my finger and squeezed it for a drop of blood about 3000 Times To test the sugar level. that's one of the first things a person diagnosed with diabetes will learn.About two years ago i've been investigating the new electronic blood Monitors. An ad from a company called Bridgewater medical supplies got my attention, I contacted them. They contacted me and within 2 weeks. I had my Blood monitoring kit. For the past year and a 1/2. I depended on them to get me replacements every 2 weeks. That was the lifespan of a sensor almost to the minute. The Role, they play. in making it work would be very important. However Recently my blood Sensor expired and a replacement was never Shipped. I called them only to find out that there was a problem from the supplier. Bridgewater would use this as an opportunity to better their service to their customers. In fact, as we spoke on the phone, Charlie from Bridgewater said. My package was being shipped at that moment and that the company was developing an email that would inform customers of what was happening and how to track the new sensors. Bridgewater has provided very good customer service. These new moves will move that service up to excellent. They have been A great partner in helping me monitor my diabetes. I will admit to being like a little kid with a new toy. But this unit has helped me find new ways to treat the disease. I did stop monitoring twelve two fourteen times a day and now only do it six or seven.

Bridgewater Health Supplies is an amazing DME supply company that provides Freestyle Libre devices to my patients. They are fast, reliable, and courteous, and they always keep my patients in the loop. They go the extra mile by giving them phone calls to update them on their orders, even when they don't have to. They are very professional and caring, and they make my patients happy. I can't recommend Bridgewater Health Supplies enough to anyone who needs Freestyle Libre devices.

I've been getting my Freestyle Libre 2 14-day sensors from Bridgewater for a couple of years now. Things were great until a few months ago when deliveries kept getting delayed so that every month I have to go for several days without a sensor until the new ones show up. Always an excuse, "supplier issues", "weather", "hasn't shipped yet". They never alert customers that there is a supply or shipping problem. Every month, no delivery, every month, new excuse. I'm looking for a new provider!

A representative called me, said they worked with my insurance and wanted to send me “at no cost to me” a glucose meter. They received all the paperwork from my doctor and are now telling me that I need to cover 80% of the cost. I think this place is a SCAM.
