I have been trying to fill my daughter's prescription for 3 days. I have gone to counter and they said I had to have her doctor call it in with another doctors name since that particular doctor didn't accept her insurance. The doctor then said that all there doctors are on the plan. I then called again and they kept me on hold for over an hour and then disconnected me. I went again with a line through the whole store totally ridiculous! I called again on hold for another hour and still no response and still no prescription!!! The worst customer service ever. I will take my prescriptions elsewhere and never use CVS AGAIN!

This CVS has the worst customer service I've ever seen. I've been given nasty attitudes, been made to wait an hour or more just to check if I can get my prescription refilled, they don't answer their phones because they're lazy (not busy), I witnessed an employee literally yelling at an old woman for needing help using the automatic check out. They're just nasty and they treat their customers like trash.

the pharmacist literally filled my prescription with a pill that is physically impossible to split into thirds (which is the exact direction on how I'm supposed to take the medicine) and when I brought it to his attention, he said it's not his responsibility. but I can return the medicine. Gee, thanks soooo much for your caring and help. YOU are the one who dispenses the medication!!!!! it is 100% your job, so stop acting like it's not! a big fat F.U. to you too. NEVER going back. already had my scripts changed over.

Pharmacy staff is rude and unprofessional. Incapable of answering simple questions without being confused. 30 minute wait for pharmacy to pick up phone, and then disconnect you.. Frightening to think they are filling people's prescriptions and giving wrong info.

Continuing problems with a young female pharmacy assistant who - despite my telling her repeatedly over several visits - violates HIPA by saying out loud the name of my prescription. I've told her several times myself. It's no one's business what I'm getting - and who knows which of my neighbors will turn out to be standing right behind me? *** Also, you should never get a text from CVS saying that you it's too soon to refill a prescription TONIGHT that you need to take before work/school TOMORROW morning. We should not be treated like we're guilty of being drug addicts (prescription is not even in that category) until proven innocent & forced to call our doctor & then GO BACK A SECOND TIME for the same item that would be ok to refill tomorrow morning (and we have none left - maybe their math is off but WHY should we be inconvenienced?). People don't have time for this!

Suzanne P, i used to be an employee at CVS and worked at the pharmacy as a Pharmacy Technician. Unfortunately I know exactly who you are talking about and yes she was wrong with how she treated you and your daughter. To be completely honest, she should've been fired months ago. However, if you ever have any complaints about the cashiers at the pharmacy, just take a look at the bottom of the receipt and complete the survey. You will be able to make a complaint of that specific cashier by using the ID number of the cashier at the top of the receipt. These are usually reviewed by corporate. Just a heads up for next time.

You guys have the best Pharmacy on Ling Island. When Janet is in a good mood even better. But the head of this pharmacy is a great Lady. She knows her stuff and goes over and beyond for my husband and I. We very, very much appreciate all your hard work and brilliant mind. You have been better then my Doctors. Thank G-D for you. You have saved my life with telling us the truth when our Doctors have lied. You guys are awesome.

This CVS is not a whole lot different than most you'll encounter and if you play your coupons right, you can save as much as you pay. The mad Russian and I needed a few things and as much as I think the cost of razor blades is too no matter the price, The 30% coupon she had made it more bearable to pick up a few things we needed around the house... All told we saved $43.00 and spent $63.00. Pretty good deal considering we got another $5.00 coupon for next trip. Help was there when we needed to checkout and they even served us at the photocenter counter.

CVS, brand name. This location is only in competition with rite aid which is old and ran down, but right up the street, so most people see right aid first incoming to oyster bay. The prices and sales are unbelievable for savings, but the lack of management and staff is terrible. When I use to visit the store and all CVS have the board of employees, Gino the manager was present at the time. Employees were quite lazy and rude when I needed help which was quite a pain. For instance, I was once looking for particular hair dye. I was directed in the right direction but, the certain dye I wanted was unavailable. I kindly ask if they could please check the back room, for any extra hair dye. The staff was very rude and didn't want to check the back or offer me a raincheck for the dye. Photo department don't even get me started. The staff at this store constantly lose photos and sometimes state they weren't given any film to be developed. Pharmacy hasn't really seem to changed.. UNORGANIZED. I would try to call in my prescription to be filled up for the current day. They would state that this would be fine and will be within the hour. Always, I will hear a new story. We need to call your doctor. This a very rare item, we need to special order this. Over all, rather take my business somewhere else.

CVS Pharmacy. This location is in my town and is for the most part good for running in and grabbing some small stuff. The place is always cluttered looking - like a mob just went through there. The Pharmacy seems to be ding better these days - in the past it was hit or miss if someone was there - the store would be open for business but the pharmacy gates would always be pulled shut- go figure. Getting out always seems like a chore as the help there tends to be of the local high school variety. There are always a lot of people waiting to get rung up so expect to wait. Located in a small but busy shopping center.
