Terribly staffed and dis functional. Even if you have to drive 15 mins further do you’ll save yourself time because the lines are terrible.

Store is fine, but the Pharmacy is inundated and I truly feel bad for the folks who have to manage the onslaught of customers from Rite Aid. We only have one Pharmacy now in Oyster Bay, and the queue, of-recent, has been 15-20 deep at most times, with waits over 60 mins for vaccines, meds, or OTC products. I hope CVS recognizes the need and boosts their staff, and quite frankly, updates this store with more space for Pharmacy pickup and general upkeep.

Really terrible customer service and organization at this CVS pharmacy. My appointment was for 5pm, two people behind me for 5:15, and one for 5:45. All of us checked in at 5 and then sat waiting while pharmacy staff ignored us until nearly 6pm. Then, one of the people waiting with me who scheduled a week in advance was told the vaccine he had been waiting for almost an hour for wasn’t even at the store.

Rude staff. Zero patience to spend a minute answering a question. Was yelled at for taking too long at the register while not one question was answered. After 12 yrs of using this pharmacy, will be switching to Village Pharmacy in Syosset that's owner operating where the owner cares about his customers

Our diabetic dog was in need of an insulin refill. We were short because we were instructed to up the dosage. The pharmacist refused to fill the prescription because he said the vet didn’t specify the volume. When we explained the situation further by phone, he relented. But when we arrived an hour later, he again refused. CVS filled the exact prescription the month before but left us hanging and our dog in danger. Pathetic service, miserable attitudes, promises broken. I’m out of there. You should be too.

Pharmacy staff is rude and unprofessional. Incapable of answering simple questions without being confused. 30 minute wait for pharmacy to pick up phone, and then disconnect you.. Frightening to think they are filling people’s prescriptions and giving wrong info.

I’ve been a Walgreens fan for years and when I moved to Oyster Bay and saw our local CVS I knew I was going to make the switch. I’ve come here at different times of the day and evening and I always walk in feeling like I’ve entered an era. It’s poorly maintained and run, it’s dark and dreary and the staff who work there don’t like their jobs.Recently I asked for support while using the checkout machine (this is pretty much the only way to checkout) and the person who helped me thought it was funny to make fun of how stupid shoppers were because the machines are always right. When did we lose the human experience at a pharmacy to machines?
