This is a great welcoming gym, I stopped by to train while I was visiting. As a woman, you never know how you’re going to be treated at a new gym.but these guys just made me feel like I was part of the team. Highly recommend.

I did not know anything about jiu jitsu until I met Dan Medina!! He is so passionate about this practice - it is infectious !! This is not only a form of exercise it is a life style. Thank you for the introduction to living better??

The school has great members that care about having a friendly and safe training environment. We try to keep it playful but can up the intensity when it’s needed. Magno a special Professor who grew up in a Mecca. ??????
