It's a decent bank as far as banks go, but the staff here is very attentive and helpful regardless if you have an account or not.

The customer service at Valley Bank is delightful - they make you feel like part of the family :) Michelle, Rachel, Patty, Nick, Bill, April, and Michael are the best team around.

I bank in many different banks and branches. This branch of Valley Bank is head and shoulder above the rest. Everyone is extremely helpful, professional and competent. I wish other banks would have such an amazing team and the VB team in Oyster Bay!
