They listen to the police scanner/radio for accidents and then show up. They will pretend to be helpful but Once they have your vehicle in their shop, game over. They will then have you wait until they cash the insurance check to start any nessary repairs. It took them almost 3 months for me to get my vehicle back and it's still not working properly. I don't know anything about fixing cars but I swear I would do a better job. To say how disappointed the experience was dealing with such unprofessional people is depressing.

Amazing service! I’ve brought my car in twice now and Paulie has provided the utmost customer service every time. Excellent service! I was clueless about what to do after being in a hit and run and Paulie helped me through the whole process. Paulie is courteous and very knowledgable about his profession. Nice place to walk into and everyone is friendly. The shop sticks to their timeline and their work is impeccable. My Mercedes looked great after it was fixed. I highly recommend this shop for all your car needs!

They made me feel comfortable leaving my car with them after a hit and run. There was so much damage done I didn't think they would get it done in a timely manner and have it looking amazing. Will definitely recommend CC&E to my friends and family.
