The pharmacy lines are long- always. Expect to wait 30 mins at least. Oh, and The pharmacist are not helpful either. Since they're constantly backed up they're rushing patients out transactionally, no counseling- no time for questions or a consultation. Good luck redeeming any pharmaceutical coupons, 'cause these folks are not trying to go above and beyond for anything. If you can, avoid dealing with this horrible corporate medicine distributor- please do yourself the favor and find a real pharmacy in the area.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I get online at the pharmacy with about 6 people ahead of me and I'm waiting around 25-30 minutes mind you the pharmacy is fully staffed. Once I step up one of the cashiers told me you guys will be the last two because we go on lunch ( the guy behind me as well) and I'm like ok you have to tell them that ( the 10 people behind me and the other customer) the other lady finished paying I go up to the cashier and she tells me we're closing for lunch and I told her the other cashier said we are the last two I need to get the medication for my son please, and she kept saying we're closed the other cashier told her we still have 2 minutes just take her and she kept fighting against it saying we're closed so I got aggravated and you guys have a minute left I don't understand she ended up doing it with an attitude of corse. She spent 2 minutes arguing with me instead of just getting my sons medicine and made herself late to lunch I understand you need a break nothing wrong with that but it's taking 30 minutes to serve 5 people then your going to kick us all out and have an attitude about it ? Absolutely disgusting and I'm not even know to post reviews.

Pharmacy is really bad. They provide no counseling and the pharmacist stays in the back quiet as a mouse. While the short Hispanic woman with glasses in the front is always pushy. Don't know if she realizes but both of my interactions with her were bad. Provide counseling!

Busy CVS but things move fast since there are self-checkouts. They also have the machine around the aisles to check for prices. The location is well labeled which makes it very easy to find things!

I forgot the phone number attached to my care card, asked the guy if there is anyway to get the discount. He looked upset and said he can't scan his card but then scans his card for two other customers, that's just crazy. Kind of bias of you ask me

I recently visited this CVS store and I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The store was well-stocked with a wide variety of products, from health and beauty items to food and household items. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the store was clean and organized. I was able to find everything I needed quickly and easily. The prices were also very reasonable, and I was able to get some great deals on items I needed. Overall, I had a great experience at the CVS store. .

I called the store multiple times to find out if a certain item was available and nobody ever answer i called the pharmacy and spoke to a lady explaining that i couldn't get in contact with anyone in the store if she could please help me i just wanted to know about this one item if she could please just check for me and she said yes hold on and transferred me back to the store where nothing happened when i called back she picked up and acted like she couldn't hear me and kept hanging up on me

Pharmacy and front store staff are highly appreciated. Granted, this pharmacy is very busy so the long lines and wait times are understandable. Despite all the work, they still always manage to get my medication ready on time. They always answer my calls too and I’m never on hold for more than 5 minutes. Those complaining about the lunch break from 1;30-2 do not realize it is not their decision, rather corporate makes all CVS close for break at the same time. Do not take your frustration out on the staff for taking their well deserved breaks. A 30 minute wait is not the end of the world. I’ve been coming here for years now and appreciate all the hard work. Thank you! :)

This has got to be one of the most frustrating pharmacies ever. Sometimes you have to wait an hour in line before you're able to pick up your prescription! Why should it take this long?!
