I would definitely not recommend anyone to have their prescriptions sent here. We were on vacation had our sons doctors send in a prescription in here. We called 3 separate occasions to verify that they received the prescription and we were on hold for over 1 1/2 every time we called. We then drove to the pharmacy and they couldn’t find our prescription and by then the doctor’s office was closed. Poor service since they never picked up the phone. They suggested for us to go urgent care just to get the prescription. If they just would have picked up the phone our son would have had his medicine.

Listed that closes at 10 pm. I show up at 9 and was refused service when I just needed to grab something and leave.

Where to start! The pharmacy should not be offered at this location because it really is a waste of space. They have no control of the line and they don't care to have control of the line either. I mentioned it to them because they make people line up in 2 isles and don't say nothing, then the customers are battling it out on who was first. This is horrible, If the story cannot take charge of a simple line, they definitely should not be trusted with medications. Shame on the company for allowing this to happen, and shame on the so called pharmacists who work here you can definitely see they have no passion for what they do, all they want is to make their money and clock out. It's a shame that the business is letting this happen. I am taking my money and business elsewhere. Horrible place

The pharmacy is really really really slow, u spend more time like 30mins at a time waiting in line to get your stuff/ they never have enough ppl to ring your medication up to pick up, .

The pharmacy lines are long- always. Expect to wait 30 mins at least. Oh, and The pharmacist are not helpful either. Since they're constantly backed up they're rushing patients out transactionally, no counseling- no time for questions or a consultation. Good luck redeeming any pharmaceutical coupons, 'cause these folks are not trying to go above and beyond for anything. If you can, avoid dealing with this horrible corporate medicine distributor- please do yourself the favor and find a real pharmacy in the area.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I get online at the pharmacy with about 6 people ahead of me and I'm waiting around 25-30 minutes mind you the pharmacy is fully staffed. Once I step up one of the cashiers told me you guys will be the last two because we go on lunch ( the guy behind me as well) and I'm like ok you have to tell them that ( the 10 people behind me and the other customer) the other lady finished paying I go up to the cashier and she tells me we're closing for lunch and I told her the other cashier said we are the last two I need to get the medication for my son please, and she kept saying we're closed the other cashier told her we still have 2 minutes just take her and she kept fighting against it saying we're closed so I got aggravated and you guys have a minute left I don't understand she ended up doing it with an attitude of corse. She spent 2 minutes arguing with me instead of just getting my sons medicine and made herself late to lunch I understand you need a break nothing wrong with that but it's taking 30 minutes to serve 5 people then your going to kick us all out and have an attitude about it ? Absolutely disgusting and I'm not even know to post reviews.

Theres not 1 day anytime a day that theres not a line of 7+ people picking up there prescription at the pharmacy, time is money have to put 2 register with employees knowing what there looking for to make service quicker. The only time theres no one at the line when pharmacy is closed! Thank You.

Very Poor customer service by Chandranee, as professional pharmacist she has very low interest to work there. She Doesn't know how to treat people and she look at you and made whispered sounds with racist way.

Pharmacy is really bad. They provide no counseling and the pharmacist stays in the back quiet as a mouse. While the short Hispanic woman with glasses in the front is always pushy. Don't know if she realizes but both of my interactions with her were bad. Provide counseling!
