Rude rude rude on the phone in the stores cashiers unprofessional who ever picked up the phone unprofessional not taking accountability for the mistakes of the employee not giving out proper information on policies To be a loyal customer to this store and to be mismanaged by a bunch of people who lack the ambition to go above and beyond at work for customer service so sickening so sad. I definitely will no longer be wasting my money in the store. I tried to return an item, but they refused to refund my money to the original payment method, claiming that a month had passed. However, February only had 28 days, and the item was purchased on January 30th/31st.
Let’s do the math:
• The return period is 30 days, starting from the day after purchase.
• If I bought the item on January 30th, the 30th day falls on March 2nd, 2025.
• If I bought it on January 31st, the 30th day falls on March 3rd, 2025.
Despite this, the manager falsely claimed that my return period had expired. The store’s policy and my receipt clearly state a 30-day return window, but they refused to honor it. This is misleading and unfair. I expected better customer service and transparency. I would not recommend shopping here if they don’t even follow their own return policy.

Wish I can give zero star the manager for this branch is very rude and loud she is very rude especially when you have an simple exchange to do I Both a watch for my daughter and I ask her to refund she say she can’t with the receipt telling me she can’t see the item which is clearly infront of her on the receipt I ask for store credit and she yell and refuse telling me the bill not matching the item when I go gateways marshal the bill match I show her the exact price the cashier was super helpful he was a trainees but he try to help she say no and told me she can’t how come gateway get it on the receipt telling

I got there on December 30, 9:30 in the morning. I saw a cashier called Támesis or something like that. So rude. She was talking to a customer about personal stuff while I was in the lineup ready for paying. I asked her: “are you available?”. She answered me in a not polite way: “um busy with her”. Whenever she finished her chatting she asked me: “what do you want”. I said: “ I’m ready to pay”. And she says “I’m not available “. The point is, while she was chatting about personal stuff with the customer and let me know that she was busy, she could have said “I’m sorry this cashier is not available “. Upper management needs to inform their staff that the online hours need to be honored. Google says they close at 11:00pm but the staff and the manager started closing the store at 10:00pm. When I showed them the oficial closing time they said that they didn’t care, that the internet is wrong and that this store closed at 10:00pm, upon which they proceded to kick us out.

This place is always an up and down place go in the morning you get most of the staff nice the only issue i have you cant walk or shop because they leave carts of items to put away in the middle of areas shoppers need to pass and so we really cant pass or even look around and them stuff member who stock up clothes are rude AF they dont know the word excuse me smh everytime that happens those are the only time I would leave ... if a store can't respect their customers, then they dont need your money, thats why i do my hardest to go early

Came to this Marshalls at 10:30pm- 30 minutes before closing and the doors were locked. Hours need to be edit, they clearly close before 11:00pm.
