Pharmacy seem to pick up phone calls when they feel like it. Most staff are pretty good but I believe there are a few who don't care enough to do their job.

If there was a slot with zero stars they would be deserving of it.I came into this rite aid for something and they didn't have what I was looking for so they had a really rude attitude with me. They never have anything in this store. The lot is always filthy as well. I will never go to this store again.Their loss as I shop at this store and often have to get their generic in place of my favorite name brands. This place is disgusting.

The line sometimes are too long and they only get one cashier on there. One cashier bounces off two computers to take care of customers . Also the self checkout machines are never available. And the pharmacist female there is always with an attitude. Needs new management !!

Selection and stock as always thin, place is always filthy, the self checkouts are never open and the cashier, yes cashier as in one (whole bunch of registers, none of them working), is almost always a skell with an attitude and s*** people skills, and they will also short change you, not because they need it, but out of pure f*cking laziness.

The young lady at the pharmacy tried to help me after there was a customer asking a lot of questions and needed help with using a credit card. My issue with this Rite Aid is I kept getting an automated message but never got connected to the Pharmacy. As a result I could not find out if my medication was ready and had to wait another day for the prescription to be filled. The pharmacy needs another assistant and customer service phone can be improved so important information can be obtained by patients who need medication.

They never pick up the phones. the new manager "hayoung" is rude on the phone and in person. I asked her where an item was and she didn't want to help me in the aisle and said they were very busy. so unprofessional. there's always a line at pick up of at least 4 or more people, and only 1 person gets it while there are at least 3 of them standing in the pharmacy that are just talking or on their phones. Absolutely ridiculous. the old manager "Anna" and other pharmacist Noel would help me find an item if I couldn't find it on the shelf, seems like they are the only ones doing their jobs. Send your business elsewhere.

Place is terrible. Every time I show up there is only ONE CASHIER. Then ALL the self checkout machines are out of commission. I would've understood if the self checkout machines were out for a week or so but they have been rendered unusable for almost 6+ months. Large lines form every time of the day I'm in there and all I purchase are small things. For the love of God HIRE MORE STAFF or at least FIX THE SELF CHECKOUT MACHINES.

They are a family owned business and they are courteous , helpful and have a large inventory of many items and they also sell loto tickets .

Has a lot of sales and common needs available. Some of the workers can be rude though and throw shade. I try my best to not mind them

Poor customer service the women in the pharmacy had a nasty attitude she greeted me with a attitude she made seem if I had no choice and I had to come to her rite aid location she need to learn manners I guess she was raised a nasty way I recommend people to think twice before coming to this nasty location

They don’t answer their phones, terrible service especially the pharmacy. I’ve been calling since 9am and NO ANSWER. They will have some excuse like “we are giving flu shots that’s why we couldn’t answer that’s bs. It’s been over an hour now. I can’t even think how this pharmacy can be busy because they have sh!t service.

The pharmacist that help the client asking for date of birth is the worst just because she make a mistake not seeing me on the system she instead her to recognized it was her fault she said she don’t have on stock that I will have to come tomorrow I let her know that tommorow is impossible for me to come because I will have to travel and I need my medics she said well that’s the only option I will never come again to this pharmacy I right away contacted my doctor to change to a regular pharmacy near my house unveliable the treatment they give you when you are paying for your medics.but never again.
