Selection and stock as always thin, place is always filthy, the self checkouts are never open and the cashier, yes cashier as in one (whole bunch of registers, none of them working), is almost always a skell with an attitude and shit people skills, and they will also short change you, not because they need it, but out of pure f*cking laziness.

Place is terrible. Every time I show up there is only ONE CASHIER. Then ALL the self checkout machines are out of commission. I would've understood if the self checkout machines were out for a week or so but they have been rendered unusable for almost 6+ months. Large lines form every time of the day I'm in there and all I purchase are small things. For the love of God HIRE MORE STAFF or at least FIX THE SELF CHECKOUT MACHINES.

First off it's a Sunday night, my friends and I decide to stop at our regular rite aid to get some items PEACEFULLY. I never had problems with any other employee. The supervisor is very friendly. But, two grown women, the security guard and a young man was literally talking about their OWN customers and got upset when we confronted them. They started making fun of how they look which is so disrespectful. They couldn't wait until we had left. They said they had freedom of speech which yes WE ALL DO. This is why we spoke up. THIS IS 2020 y'all shouldn't be hiring people who stand in a circle not doing they job and talking about their own customers in their face. Don't expect no one to not tell no one anything. They continued to argue ONTOP of that saying it was none of our business. Please get them written up. Disgusting experience.

Employees are really rude. Talking about people and how they dressed. if you have nothing nice to say don't say it at all. Rite aid take care of this. Dont lose more customers because of the people you're hiring.

Just hate that The Rite Aid on Liberty and 101 st is now change over to Walgreens b/c they started with bad attitude workers and female manager s awful I like it very much if it went back to the name Rite Aid, any how my insurance will only work with Rite Aid and the one on Atlantic and 102 isn't that great I was hacusted by the security guard that works there he thought I stole something and he came after me I guess I'll never get over that so I was headed back to the cashier at the pharmacy counter she's very nasty b/c if she only given me a receipt to begin with maybe he wouldn't think that ,I usually browse around a little after I pick up my prescription but no way they need to replace her she can't hear this is the 3rd time I had to shout my b/day and then she had the audacity to say she don't see it She almost convinced me even though I know I spoke to my doc and the pharmacist earlier this week rude ,both of them security guard and the young lady this social distancing started way b4 with her I didn't touch her or hand her anything and she spraying right in front me I'm clean, and wearing a mask where's her professionalism if she can't hear well she shouldn't work for pharmacy and surely I'll never browse again

Came in to make a purchase, was asked if I was paying with a card, I said yes, but did not want to use the self check out, as I wanted cash back. Went to a register made my purchase only to find out they had no cash. Why have a feature if the customer cannot use it. Shouldn’t you know before hand and say sorry we don’t have cash back right now. The woman in the store had this self righteous look on her face. Avoid this rite aid like the plague.

Okay, well, at least this time the prescriptions were actually ready this time when they called. But a mouse ran out of the storage room while I was getting my prescription. I understand mice exist. But exterminators do too.

This store is terrible security guard following me around the store. I felt uncomfortable. I will never spend my money with Rite Aid.

These people were not stocked on their drugs, gave me attitude about it and would not do anything to help me. The pharmacy technician is a literal “female dog†and she should be fired. Next time I promise to get her name

Great pharmacists that make helpful suggestions. Horrible cashiers with nasty attitudes. If you dont like your job.....QUIT! Dont take it out on customers or the public.
