This place has recently added more storage spaces to the interior area by taking away office space and loading dock space so they could generate even more $$$$. We now have only THREE Loading docks (that is if the overhead doors are working properly) and God only knows when the next monthly rate increase being they just to raise them when they desire and Never give the workers a well deserved raise !!!

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. This is WORST storage unit to trust. I got robbed of thousands of dollars worth of personal and sentimental items because a worker got upset. She stole everything I owned and then left my storage unit absolutely trashed. A petite girl with dark hair and a nasty attitude. The police are involved. If you’re thinking of trusting these people with your money and your belongings, DON’T. They are covering up an inside job robbery and will not cooperate. Don’t make the mistake of paying for a unit here.

For the past few months, I've been taking advantage of the exceptional team and facilities at this premier storage facility. The staff is always courteous and accommodating, and the premises are always neat and well-organized. Additionally, 24-hour access is available for when you need to grab something from your unit in a pinch. All in all, this storage facility has become an integral part of my life - it's been a lifesaver!

So I needed a place to store some of my stuff for a few months, and I ended up going with this storage company. Let me tell you, I'm really glad I did. The whole process was super easy, from booking online to actually moving my stuff in. And the unit itself is great - spacious and clean, with elevator access so I don't have to worry about carrying my boxes up any stairs. All in all, I'd say this is a top-notch storage option.

I have a couple of issues l was quoted one price online but when l got to the actual facility the price was totally different and why do you not have bins for us to dispose of things when we're cleaning the out I've rented before and we were furnished with that luxury.

Honestly, I've rented from a few storage places over the years, and this one is by far the best. The staff is always friendly and accommodating, and the units are clean and well-lit. Plus, they have all the moving supplies you need right on-site.

Loading Bays are conveniently located across from parking lot. 24 HR access works, Plenty of dollys to load and premise is seldom busy especially considering this location is in such a congested location.
