Cameron and the folks at Chilson-Wilcox were fantastic throughout our vehicle search and car-buying experience. Cameron, especially, was personable and engaging while providing a pressure-free process. He answered our questions and worked with us as best he could, and, when he couldn’t answer our questions or wasn’t certain about something we inquired about, he found the best person at the dealership to help.
I’ve already recommended Cameron and Chilson-Wilcox to a couple friends.
They’re great.

I bought a 2019 Silverado from Ron. Ron was very easy to work with. I was in an out in a little over an hour. A week after I purchased the truck the battery started having issues and they replaced it immediately. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Ron and the team over at chilson wilcox!

Started promising I had a budget and negative equity but also had a approval for an x amount from my bank was told by salesman we should be able to make a deal work they made an offer to me on my trade in and I was weary but willing to try to make a deal it came down to that a deal with what my bank approved me for wasn’t going to happen so was told they could get me approved they wanted a down payment not a big deal it was a total change as soon as I said yes and let them run my credit the sales man acted like a kid on Christmas morning next thing I know I am getting a bunch of notifications from Experian one after another and I ended up telling him I would be more comfortable with a little more for my trade last thing I ever heard from the salesman was I’ll talk to x I never heard another word from anyone from the dealership. Customer service 0 customer satisfaction 0 percentage chance I will ever step foot in this place again 0 to justify me having to give a 1 star I will say the building is cool also not including any names I don’t believe in spite just leaving my experience and opinion hopefully everyone else has a much more pleasant experience at this business than I did

My Jeep has been pulling HARD to the right and burned off the outer edge of the passenger side front tire in 5K miles (last rotation). Because I purchased the MOPAR Max Care warranty, I brought it to Chilson Wilcox for service, assuming that being a "certified" Jeep repair shop actually meant something. They told me my tires were at 33 PSI, and not the recommended 37, but that everything else was fine. Their only recommendation was to just keep rotating my tires and burning them up.
I got back into my Jeep after the appointment, and they had overfilled my tires to 41 PSI and it still pulls hard to the right (no surprise). When I called back to see what they recommend, they said that I could drop it off and they could *try* and figure it out, but that their labor charge was $160+ per hour.
I should have known better than to take my Jeep to Chilson Wilcox after I looked at a Gladiator there a couple years ago and asked if the LED package could be added to any trim. The salesman said that he thought it was only available at the "Sahara" trim and above... I bit my tongue and didn't say anything, but anyone who knows anything about Gladiators, ESPECIALLY A SALESMAN, should know that there is *NO* "Sahara" trim for Gladiators.
This place is a complete joke and an insult to the Jeep brand. Save your time and money and go ANYWHERE else.

Definitely a 10/10. Just got a 2022 Kia Soul from them and I really love the car. The service was amazing! And it was a pretty quick process. I would totally go through this dealership again.

What a great experience!!! Everyone was so professional. Congratulations to Dalton on his first sale!
