Do not recommend because the room was dirty, hair in the bathroom, sheets full of spots and the floor had not cleaned for ages. The photos shown online are not true to the real situation. At least the staff was kind and the breakfast ok. But for the price it is not worth it.

Good value for your money.
Hotel is dated and mostly very basic.

The lobby reeked of cigarettes when entering, but the room was fine.
Cons:
The bed was not very comfortable.
At 6am, we could hear loud commotion coming from other rooms, so the walls must be thin.
Pros:
It's easy to get to, and not terribly priced.
Everything seemed clean.

Elizabeth went above and beyond to help me with my reservation. I was frazzled and all over the place because I made a mistake in booking. She was patient, kind and reassured me that she'd try her best to help, and thats just what she did!! Simply amazing! Give my girl Elizabeth a raise!!!!

This was a stop for us during a road trip. The hotel is very clean, very well kept, and the staff is extremely kind and helpful! We had asked for a roll-away bed for our room, and it was set up and ready when we got there! There’s no elevator, so you have to carry things up the stairs. Not an issue for us, but good to know. The only thing that could be improved was the breakfast. We have a child with a gluten allergy, so there weren’t many options for her.

Overall, good stay. We stayed here for a night during our visit to Watkins Glen. The location is very nice, rooms are clean and with adequate facilities like a small refrigerator and a microwave. They also have a common coffee machine near the reception, and they do serve a basic breakfast.
Costwise also, it's budget friendly, and I would recommend this one.

I am from this area. I live in Atlanta however. I am here working on my mom’s house after she passed away recently. The pump is not working properly I needed a place to stay. An unexpected expense.
The first night I stayed in the Radison through a third party app hotel reservation. But the rate was too much so I thought I was taking a chance by staying at the Econo Lodge. Let’s be real. Not all of the locations are the same.
This one, however, is worth the visit. I promise you. They have done well to keep the place modern while being economical with thier decisions. It is a very nice environment. The free continental breakfast can’t be beat. The waffle machine is worthy the entire stay. lol. Trust me on this one! Even the staff has all been with the owners for over 15 years. And I mean really, all of them. How many employers can say that they have retained their entire staff for over 15 years? They are great people
Save yourself the aggravating trouble of finding a decent place to stay on this little town. This is the place.

We stayed in a king bed room. The room was relatively clean. Bed was comfortable and clean. Bedding was very thin, pillows (approximately 12x12 squares lumpy squares 4 for a king sized bed). The heater didn’t quite work the best and was very loud. The room was musty. (Purchased air freshener from Walmart). The room appeared to look partially updated. Breakfast was not at all what the website said it would be. Waffle maker, a few bagel, milk, green bananas and awful coffee was what they had. We stayed 2 nights and were given two very small bath towels. I wish I took photos. If you need a bed to sleep in it’s not a bad price just don’t expect to much. We went to Walmart across the street and purchased our own pillows.

Paul and his staff at the hotel are great ! The room’s were clean and comfortable , the staff were friendly and helpful, and the reservation process was seamless. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Corning /Painted Post area. We will definitely be back. Thanks again Paul and team!
