Staff was very courteous, knowledgeable and totally honest with me. Everyone I spoke with was extremely helpful and I felt very confident having them service my car. I’m from out of town, but it may be worth the drive to return for any further work I need done. I highly recommend this Firestone to anyone needing prompt, honest work done on their car. I can’t thank you enough!

We received quick and professional treatment on our unscheduled service on our old 2001 Ford focus (tow behind). It saved our vacation. We were so relieved and the cost was reasonable.

We were just passing through from out of town and our car started making a scary clicking sound in the front. We were scared to drive home and have issues with our breaks so we stopped by Firestone. Grateful for Laura’s hard and honest work. Even with one mechanic on staff for the day on a busy Sunday afternoon she took the time to check out our car and found that we had some loose bolts around our breaks from a previous repair. They were able to patch us up within an hour and we were on our way. Thank you Laura and Firestone staff for your time, expertise and hard work.

This place is going in the hole just like the rest and I can see why. After waiting an hour for a nys inspection they tried telling me I needed bunch of work done to pass inspection. Took it to Buckley's in Horseheads and they passed it with no problem. (Also only took 25 mins)

I recently had an experience with your team that I wanted to share. On our way back to New Jersey from Niagara, we had the unfortunate event of a flat tire. Fortunately, our roadside assistance team member, Danielle, swiftly changed our spare tire and highly recommended Firestone for the repair.
Upon arriving at Firestone, we were greeted by Laura and Dylan. From the moment we walked in, the service we received was nothing short of exceptional. Both Laura and Dylan were incredibly professional and friendly, making us feel at ease during a stressful situation.

I called and made an appointment and sat in their small seating area after handing over my key fob. The guy the walked in AFTER me got his car in before mine for some reason and after an hour and 10 minutes of me sitting there I went to the counter and asked for my key back as my car had not moved yet. And after seeing a second vehicle taken in before mine, I was done.

My daughter brought her car down about 6 months ago to get an inspection, after leaving it there overnight and not getting a call till the end of the next day, they failed it for something small and quoted her way too much so she just drove it home (2 minutes away). The next morning she drove to another shop about 10 minutes from her and it shook really bad and she called me bawling from the side of the road. I went down to follow her to the other shop. ALL of her wheels were wobbling! ALL the lug nuts were loose!!! About a week ago my daughter took her car back to Firestone letting them know she needed an inspection on her new car. She didn’t think about the last time she was there. She left the car all day, picked it up at the end of the day and again, they said it failed for something they could fix for a very high price. She left there and ever since the car has been idle if very rough! I’m mind blown! It’s inspected by another shop and they said there was nothing wrong with it that would fail nys inspection. Not happy with this place at all
