This Home Depot is the worst I've ever been to. I have spent thousands of dollars at the Auburn, NY, and Victor store. I'm new to the area. Went in looking for tile, so unorganized, filthy, and when told the guy at customer service we were having trouble, he smirked and shrugged! Got home and ordered what they are now showing they had in store!! So pissed. If they show up broken and I have issues, I'm calling cooperate.

It's a typical Home Depot. Occasionally I find their friendly helpful staff members occasionally not.
Their lumber is sure some of the worst. I bought about 100 boards and a few hours later made it to the site and found this lovely mess 8 feet into my 16 foot long 2x6. It'll hold, but I wish I had another.
Check every side of every piece. I knew better, it's my fault, but how this makes it on the shelf is beyond me.

Today on July 10th 2024 I pulled into the parking lot and Ialmost got in a terrible car accident near the sheds they sell in kind of the middle of the parking lot a couple hundred yards away from the garden center. I almost got smashed by some truck the size of an old WW1 tank. At first I got mad at myself for not stopping and then I realized I didn't stop because THE STOP SIGN WASN'T THERE. The sign and pole are just laying on the ground on the curb face-down.
I went inside and asked for manager the lady said manager is not here and I said I almost just got into a car accident because your STOP SIGN is down and she said, "OH yeah someone else came in about that!" Then I think she said it's been like that for a long time now.
For the millions and millions of dollars you make you could at the VERY LEAST have stop signs in your parking lot so people don't die and also so YOU DONT GET SUED> GOOD GRIEF!!!! BE A REAL BUSINESS!!!!

We've visited Home Depot frequently in recent times and this location has always been very helpful and usually has what we need. Their order online/pickup in store option is great and they always have your order ready in a timely manner. If you don't know, Home Depot offers a military discount for active service and veterans, so that's a nice perk.

Went to home Depot today and the kid checking us out. Rang up something twice when I went to get a refund for it. They wouldn't give me back the whole amount because it was a return and it really wasn't a return. It was their error. We spent a lot of money at home Depot but we're done

Horrible experience from a national brand! The washer and dryer I purchased was immediately returned before installation due to poor customer service from their delivery contractor. How is a 28.5" completely clear stair well width too small for a 27" appliance? The old washer/dryer somehow made it in? I was told to reschedule, so I did. With Lowe's.

Waited for half an hour for an employee to get a cabinet down finally figured they didn't need my business went elsewhere so definitely don't recommend them to anyone
