Leaving a complaint with the board as we speak- horrid inspection cost me thousands in repairs. Mr. Dylan Crilly missed damage on the roof, broken light fixtures, broken laundry machine, plumbing issues... the list goes on. Stay away for your own protection. Would not call me back when I voiced complaints. Beware.

I just bought my first house. Dylan was our inspector and he was very thorough, patient, and gave good suggestions on repairs that we would want to do in the future. I would definitely recommend Best Choice. They came out on such short notice and got the job done quickly (we needed it done by a certain date) and thoroughly! Dylan really took his time inspecting our basement and even went over issues that he noticed that I did not call about. ????

My wife and I recently purchased our first home. We were recommended to Dylan for our home inspection. Firstly I just want to say how great Dylan is. He is not only Professional, he is easy to get in contact with, he punctual and on time, unbelievably throughout, and most importantly, Dylan is personable. He understands where the buy is coming from. He inspected our house and probably stayed longer than he needed too and checked everything and anything we had additional questions about. I couldn’t recommend him enough. I probably asked him way too many questions but like I said he gets it. It’s my first home and to be honest I have no idea what I’m looking at but he took the time to explain things to me and my wife and tell me what to expect in the future and gave us incredible recommendations for people to use if and when we needed something fixed. So thank you again Dylan for helping my Wife and I know that we are making a great investment and taking the time and effort of being there whenever we have questions!

We recently used Best Choice Home Inspections for our home inspection and radon testing. Dylan was on time, very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. Our realtor said it was the most detailed home inspection report they had seen. As first time buyers he was also very helpful and explained everything he found that was right and wrong with the 130 year old home we were looking at. He gave us several suggestions on how to make repairs and how to keep the home well maintained. Would absolutely use him again and recommend him to anyone!
