“This is a really great store, I have been a regular shopper here for years when I lived in Webster but now that I moved to Walworth, I am a zealot. The place is immaculate, the aisles are wide. The staff goes out of their way to help, I was given an item priced as shelved because it was in the wrong area, the clerks make an extra effort to find missing items, 98% of the staff is very friendly, the customer service desk always has friendly people there. The bakery has a great selection, they have made a great effort to keep produce well-stocked. I wish they had a better selection of meat, but I can go elsewhere for that. They have a great organic / healthy food section. There is a good little liquor store next to Tops also with a knowledgeable and helpful clerk there, it's also very convenient.”

“My wife was 4 days post out-patient, intestinal surgery when she started feeling nauseous - on a Saturday and after 5:00 PM. All the nearby Urgent Care places closed at 5:00. I drove to the Walgreens in Newark and the pharmacist understood how serious this was and helped me find the proper medication. She was almost literally a life saver!!”

“I've been working here for about 2ish years now and I gotta say for my first ever job it's a good beginner job for anyone.All I have to say is if you're a student from high school reading this and if you want to come here for money, please be respectful to your coworkers and customers. I have seen so many kids come here being rude and thinking that this is a laid back job and you can kick up your feet and relax is just wrong and annoying.Some days you have a lot of people so you have to work work but some days it's calm with only a few customers every hour but still you could do- reships- straighten- clean- restock- etcOther than that the only real annoying thing about this job is the start called E-learnings. They are mini quizzes or tests you do on the computer all day but after you're done with them you can finally start working at Walgreens.”
